Emirati Futurist Introduces Revolutionary Organic Fertiliser to Green the Desert

On the brink of Emirati Women’s Day, Alanoud Alhashmi, CEO and founder of The Futurist Company, unveiled an innovative organic fertiliser. This unique product, according to Alhashmi, not only bolsters plant growth without draining the soil’s nutrients but can also enhance yields by at least 30%. A notable advantage over conventional chemical fertilisers, this organic variant is cost-effective and doesn’t compromise soil quality.

Additionally, the fertiliser boasts features such as disease protection for crops and heightened water retention in soil, making plants more water-efficient. As an environmentally conscious addition, the fertiliser has the ability to absorb carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. Alhashmi has aspirations to collaborate with government entities to further UAE’s waste-to-energy initiatives and support the goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2050.
