CME Group Beef Industry Scholarship: Bolstering Future Beef Industry Leaders with Educational Opportunities
October 13, 2023The National Cattlemen’s Foundation opens the application process for the 2024 CME Group Beef Industry Scholarship, offering ten $1,500 awards to remarkable students aiming for careers in the beef industry. Launched in 1989 and backed by CME Group, the initiative supports students across various disciplines related to the beef industry, from research and production to communication and education. Eligible applicants, either graduating high school seniors or undergraduates enrolled in a two- or four-year institution, are required to submit an application comprising a letter of intent, an essay addressing a beef industry issue, and two recommendations, by November 10, 2023. Winners will be unveiled at CattleCon24, running from January 31 to February 2, in Orlando.
