Coffee Prices in Colombia Exceed $2 per Pound Again After a Year

The National Federation of Coffee Growers reports a 3% increase in coffee production and a 17% rise in exports over the last 12 months. March saw an 8% production growth, with an accumulated production of 11.4 million bags. External coffee prices have surpassed $2 for the first time since April 18, 2023. Coffee exports and domestic consumption also showed significant growth, indicating a robust year for Colombian coffee on both the national and international fronts.
