EU’s Strategic Dialogue Advances Future Agricultural Policies

The second plenary meeting of the EU’s Strategic Dialogue on the future of agriculture, launched by Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, took place in Brussels. This meeting showcased positive engagement, with four working groups updating on their progress. These groups are addressing key questions on improving farmers’ lives, sustainable agriculture, technological innovation, and promoting a competitive food system. The initiative aims to finalize recommendations by summer, incorporating feedback from a wide range of EU organizations.
